Side is looking for a passionate and creative Game Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of game design principles, with the ability to craft engaging gameplay experiences. You will collaborate with artists, developers, and other designers to create unique and immersive game experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design game mechanics, systems, and user experiences.
• Create detailed design documents outlining gameplay features and mechanics.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to implement and iterate on game features.
• Participate in playtesting sessions and gather feedback to refine gameplay.
• Analyze and balance game systems for optimal player engagement and enjoyment.
• Contribute to the overall vision of the game, ensuring consistency and quality across all elements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in game design.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Game Design is required.
• Experience in game design, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player experience, and level design.
• Proficiency in game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for gaming and an understanding of current market trends and player preferences.
