Are you a problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys taking the lead? We are seeking Project Engineering Managers to join our Integration Management team in the Global Customer Support aftermarket projects.

As Project Engineering Manager, you will be the main technical leader of an integrated project, overseeing the engineering teams across product families, handling daily technical management and ensuring the delivery and quality of documentation to the customer.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the Technical Management Team in an integrated project and be part of the Project Management Team to deliver full range of Kongsberg Maritime products.
• Responsible for coordination of technical execution in integrated projects. Work closely with the broader project team, securing approvals from customers, class authorities, and national bodies.
• Uphold delivery schedule and quality of the Kongsberg Maritime delivery.
• Plan and execute interface management to ensure specified System Functionality is achieved.
  
  

We think you should have

• Relevant engineering education, from college or university.
• Experience with project engineering management.
• Experience with systems engineering management.
• Experience in Marine control or process systems engineering.
