Process Data Analyst Medical Nutrition

At Talentmark, we are hiring on behalf of a leading global player in the medical nutrition industry. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, science-based products that support the health of vulnerable patient groups. To strengthen their data-driven manufacturing processes, we are looking for a Process Data Analyst to support the modelling of process losses in liquid FSMP (Food for Special Medical Purposes) products.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between the production floor and data modelling, combining hands-on sampling with advanced data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and validation of micronutrient and vitamin process loss models for liquid FSMP products.
• Coordinate and collect production samples (e.g. before and after heat treatment).
• Organise, clean, and analyse large datasets from Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), production records, and laboratory results.
• Assist in building statistical models using Python, R, or Excel/VBA.
• Align model assumptions with operational practices by working closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Contribute to root cause analysis of out-of-specification results by identifying variation patterns and preparing visual data outputs.

Your Profile

• Degree in food technology, chemical engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
• Affinity with medical nutrition, FSMP, or the food industry.
• Skilled in data analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel/VBA.
• Strong attention to detail and confident working with structured datasets.
• Practical and proactive mindset; willing to support sampling logistics when needed.
