Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional support to Debitum Investments’ customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and live chat.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about our platform, services, and investment opportunities.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and compliance) to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary.
• Identify common customer pain points, feedback, and areas for improvement, and proactively suggest process enhancements.
• Help create and update support documentation, FAQs, and other resources to empower customers and improve self-service options.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year in customer support, preferably in finance, fintech, or a related industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) is a plus.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with an empathetic and patient approach to solving issues.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating support software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
