Human Resources Generalist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Partner to join our People Department in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives on creating meaningful employee experiences, streamlining HR processes, and driving organizational culture. The successful candidate will hold CIPD certification, possess a relevant university degree, and bring at least 7 years of comprehensive HR experience to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departmental heads to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with local labor laws and global standards
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor workforce satisfaction
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with tact and fairness
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and compliance
• Facilitate performance management, coaching programs, and career development planning
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization
• Generate reports and analytics for HR metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a generalist HR role within a multinational or progressive organization
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
