Network Engineer – Rome (On-site, International Travel)

Location: Rome, Italy | Travel: Required – 3 months Away

We’re hiring a Network Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join a technically focused team supporting a major infrastructure project based in Rome, with opportunities for international travel. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll work hands-on with Cisco networking technologies and contribute to commissioning and support activities across complex environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, commission, and support LAN/WAN networks using Cisco technologies
• Support full lifecycle implementation from configuration to troubleshooting
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stable and secure infrastructure in both local and international deployments

What You Need:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer (more considered)
• Strong knowledge of Cisco LAN/WAN technologies
• Hands-on experience with commissioning and post-deployment support
• EU or Italian citizenship (required for project eligibility)
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of project delivery

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Fortinet technologies
• CCNA or CCNP certification
