What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead - Data Analytics - Global RGM who will join our team at Global RGM Directorate.

• Keep full ownership of the global analytics toolkit template,
• Develop, improve overall RGM analytics toolkit and RGM methodology across markets,
• Assist and conduct the RGM tool maintenance and adjustments according to market needs,
• Lead the toolkit development discussion at the group level in conjunction with other functions,
• Diagnose potential further platform developments (e.g. migration into cloud-based solutions),
• Constantly search for further standardization and automation opportunities for the RGM tools and Data Integration,
• Set up fundamental RGM toolkit parallel to roll-out with local RGM team (i.e. Data cleaning, preparation, tool setup and tailoring of mechanics),
• Assess toolkit readiness prior to official roll-out (i.e., internal & external data availability, market conditions from RGM lens),
• Provide specific RGM tool onboarding, support local RGM team during and after roll-out,
  
  
  

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mathematics (computer engineering or MIS is a plus),
• Minimum 6+ years work experience,
• Having advanced knowledge with Tableau. (PowerBI and/or Qliksense is a plus)
• Having at least two years of modelling experince with Alteryx, SQL and Python is a plus .
• Having expertise in performing complex analysis, developing new perspectives and methods,
• Having technical experience in Commercial Analytics, IT (RGM Experience is a plus),
• Strong persuasive skills even with no formal reporting line of authority and different geographies
• Thinking broadly, globally about business as well as understanding local market dynamics,
• Having experience in coaching and coordinating colleagues from different geographies and functions about analytical solutions (eg. problem structuring, collecting data, running analytics, syndicating and presenting results),
• Having desire to travel abroad frequently,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in english
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
