We're looking for an AI Engineer for our portfolio company, Reno.

About Reno

Reno is reimagining how home renovations are financed and executed. With a tech-first platform, we bring clarity, speed, and financial flexibility to a traditionally stressful renovation process for homeowners, property managers, and SME owners.

As we scale our operations, we’re looking for an AI Engineer who can build and integrate AI use cases in our DNA.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using RAG, AI agents, and LLM integrations
• Scope and build AI use cases with multiple stakeholders.
• Write full-stack implementations with AI integrations
• Iterate quickly to keep up with the pace of changes in AI space
• Stay on top of trends in foundation models, multimodal AI, and AI governance
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development or AI
• Experience with no-code platforms like n8n, make.com
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
• Proficient in Python, including Pandas and API development
• Hands-on with LLMs, machine learning models, and AI automation tools
• Knowledge of LLMs, Transformers, RAG, and MCP
• Added bonus: Experience with Azure Cloud stack
• Proactive, independent, and execution-focused
