QA Engineer

We are one of the two Customer Relations teams. We mostly handle the systems that allow our customers to contact us. Most notably, the help chat where the users can talk with an automated AI bot, or with a real agent if the bot is not satisfactory enough. To do this, we have to integrate with several other systems in and outside of the company to either get the necessary data. Another project we are responsible of is help widget, where the users can see FAQs or open the help page. To make it operational on web, mobile and native app we have to work with several internal clients, We use React on the frontend and a combination of .NET and NodeJS on the backend side, which is hosted on AWS.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and maintain automated test cases.
• Execute test suites and analyze results.
• Report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Track test coverage and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with devs and QA to ensure coverage.
• Continuously improve automation strategy and tools.
• Help with manual testing whenever needed.
• Participate in scrum processes and help improving them when needed.
• Have a good understanding of our systems and how they communicate.
• Collaborate with product for understanding features and prioritizing bugs.
• Hold demo presentation to larger audiences.
  
  

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of software testing experience
• Knowledge in SDLC process
• Knowledge about bug life cycle
• Understanding aspects of front-end and back-end testing as well
• General understanding of client server application
• Previous experience in working with Chrome DevTools, Postman, WCF Test Client, Fiddler, SoapUI, New Relic, sniffers
• Previous experience in web testing
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Basic knowledge about at least one programming language (preferably C# or JavaScript)
• Active will to extend the coding knowledge working with the help of developers and practising alone
