🚨 Contract Opportunity: Project Manager – Global MSAT (Cell Therapy) | 6-Month Assignment | Leiden, NL

Are you a strategic and driven Project Manager with a passion for advancing cell therapy? We’re looking for a Global MSAT Project Manager (Contractor) to join a high-impact team based in the Leiden Bio Science Park for a 6-month engagement.

🔬 About the Role

You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team of engineers to drive the implementation of process changes across a global manufacturing network. Your focus will be on supporting the development and tech transfer of CAR-T and TCR-T therapies from early clinical stages to commercial readiness.

🌍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead MSAT project activities for cell therapy change implementations from a central reference site.
• Develop and manage global project plans and timelines to ensure regional alignment.
• Translate process changes into structured implementation packages for manufacturing sites.
• Drive investigations and define CAPAs for product/process issues.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across the network.

🎯 What You Bring

• PhD in life sciences, biotechnology, or engineering with 7+ years of experience (or MSc with equivalent experience).
• Proven project management experience in biotech/pharma, especially in cell therapy tech transfers.
• Deep understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
