• We’re looking for Android/iOS Engineers to support Cross- Design System (XMDS). XMDS offers a uniquely branded design used by products like Account Center.
• This is an opportunity to work on mobile infrastructure stack, and ability to impact millions of users through scalable and delightful design systems that are used by our most visible cross-app products and surfaces.
• Your role will be primarily supporting the native implementation of our design system, with some very crucial company priorities lined up such as GenAI and Accounts.
• There will be ample growth opportunity with this role and wider org given our pillar's mobile focus and strong presence in London.
• You will have the opportunity to work with PMs and designers on building and scaling high quality and reliable components that are used widely across many of mobile apps.
• Collaborating with our partner engineering teams, you will have the ability to influence the future direction of our mobile frameworks, helping them prioritize the capabilities XMDS will need in the years ahead.

About the team

• The XMDS mobile team is responsible for developing and maintaining the UI infrastructure and design systems used across the Family of Apps (FoA).
• We work closely with product teams (Family Experience products) and infra teams (Bloks, FOA Native, Native UI frameworks) to ensure that our components and design language are leveraged effectively to create scalable, reliable, consistent, and high-quality user experiences.
