As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the analytics of products in your domain of responsibility and proactively guide our business growth, based on data analysis and statistical research, to ensure the development of successful products.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the analytics of products in your domain of responsibility and proactively guide our business growth, based on data analysis and statistical research, to ensure the development of successful products.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (Marketing, Finance, Product, Crm, etc.) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way;
- Ongoing research of users’ behaviour, finding baselines and anomalies;
- Create data reports, dashboards, and presentations;
- Defining project goals and KPIs, and publishing internal policies;
- Find relevant product solutions based on data analysis and business impact.
- At least 4+ years of experience in the B2C Online/Gaming Industry;
- Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets and multiple data sources;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience with BI Visualization tools (Looker/Tableau);
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP/AWS);
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level;
- Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy) will be a plus;
- Knowledge of A/B testing, including statistical methods, will be a plus.
