  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Practical knowledge of AI frameworks and tools, including (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a demonstrable focus on AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps principles, with specific understanding of how they apply to LLMs.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services on AWS, such as Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions, OpenSearch, SageMaker, and others, for building and deploying AI solutions.
  • Relevant AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate, or similar credentials in AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Innovation-driven mindset in learning AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), especially in the context of processing large text datasets for LLM training or application.
