Head of Artificial Intelligence

🧠 Head of AI – Full Stack Data Science | Zurich | English-speaking

We’re hiring a Head of AI to lead a high-impact team working at the intersection of AI, data science, and software engineering. You'll be joining a global product company that delivers cutting-edge, AI-powered compliance software used by some of the most demanding clients in the world.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll guide a team of 3 Data Scientists, while actively contributing to the design, deployment, and refinement of production-ready AI models. Think: model architecture, integration into live systems, close collaboration with engineering, and pushing forward new features at the heart of the platform.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in both AI/ML model development and software engineering
• Proven ability to deploy models in live environments (not just notebooks or research)
• Leadership experience or clear leadership potential
• Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich
• Fluent in English
