Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior iOS Mobile Developer with experience building high-scale applications and leading complex initiatives across teams. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering counterparts to deliver features that enhance our users’ experience. You’ll contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from design and testing to launch and post-release support. Your contributions will help set engineering standards and mentor junior engineers as part of a motivated, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to execute product strategy, and create engaging, innovative products and features.
• Participate in the entire development process: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Conduct code and design reviews, provide feedback on product specifications and design documents, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to and set standards for development workflows, best practices, and documentation to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Actively mentor junior engineers, providing guidance to expand their technical skill sets.
• Continuously learn and develop your technical and non-technical abilities.

Who You Are:

• Experienced iOS Mobile Developer with a track record of building user-facing applications at scale, used by millions of people.
• Strong Technical Background:
• 6+ years of professional experience in iOS application development using Swift and Objective-C.
• Expertise in software engineering best practices, including unit/integration/end-to-end testing, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Familiarity with general-purpose programming languages (Java, C++, Python, Rust) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, REST, HTTP protocols, and designing and maintaining APIs is a bonus.
• Skilled Communicator: Ability to partner effectively in a remote environment and discuss complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to deliver on schedule.
• Entrepreneurial and Driven: Self-directed, innovative, and quick to act in fast-paced environments. You enjoy building new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications, specifically using Swift.
• Proven experience in scaling applications and managing complex cross-functional projects.
