Data Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be working across the business to shape data models, cleanse and transform datasets, and support strategic decision-making through intuitive dashboards and visualizations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Cleaning, transforming, and validating raw data from multiple sources.
• Creating dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and priorities.
• Supporting internal teams with ad hoc data requests and insights.
• Laying the groundwork to eventually support more advanced statistical or machine learning projects.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
• Experience using BI tools – Sisense is ideal, but Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or ThoughtSpot are also helpful.
• Solid SQL skills and confidence working with relational databases.
• A logical approach to data transformation and wrangling.
• Comfortable discussing data requirements and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ambition to progress within the data function.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Python or R (even just the basics).
• Understanding of statistics or a background in maths, engineering, or computer science.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
