Internship - Software Engineer

The student, as part of the GPE Application Development (GAD) team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's in-house customized application. E.g. Web analysis application

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be involved in all aspects of new features development and implementation of web analysis application.
• Responsible for small scope of application functionality.
• Involved in write up/revise technical documentation.
• Ensure that methodologies, development & test are followed to ensure effectiveness of code delivery .
• Be part of Agile Scrum team as Developer and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
  
  

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the software development life cycle
• Become familiarised with best practice in coding
• Involved in scrum process.
• Gain experience particularly in semiconductor industry & its application.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attaining Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of software application development experience in web-based application development (.NET, C#, WebApi, typescript, Angular, React, JAVA script, HTML, CSS).
• Experience in database management (Oracle, MSSQL).
• Knowledge of AI, Big Data, in particularly semiconductor industry would be an advantage.
• An analytical mind, resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
