Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications and integrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement Java concurrency, multithreading, and low-latency programming.
• Develop APIs (REST/SOAP), parsers, messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, AMQ), and integration resources.
• Optimize JVM, implement caching (Redis), and ensure event-driven, asynchronous systems.
• Conduct code reviews, CI/CD implementation, and write clean, testable, and reusable Java code.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to system architecture design.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and API development.
• Proficient in SQL, JDBC, ORM frameworks, and version control (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, CI/CD tools (Ant, Maven).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka/EventHub) and integration platforms (Software AG).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record in developing high-performance Java systems.
