Job requirements

We’re looking for a Product Designer with real product experience. You’ll join our Client-Embedded Product Design stream, working closely with our clients as a natural extension of their internal teams.

This role is about ownership, collaboration, and product thinking. You’ll help shape product strategy, lead conversations, and make data-informed design decisions — all while being deeply embedded in the client’s day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Join client teams as a trusted product partner - not just a service provider
• Take full ownership of the design process: research, ideation, UX, UI, and iteration
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product roadmaps
• Base your design decisions on data, research, and real user insights
• Lead or actively participate in workshops, planning sessions, and stand-ups
• Drive conversations and proactively suggest improvements - not just respond to briefs

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience working in product teams
• End-to-end design skills – from UX flows to high-fidelity UI (with emphasis on UX)
• A strong product mindset – you care about outcomes, not just outputs
• Ability to work independently and directly with clients
• Experience applying research, analytics, and experimentation in your design process
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Fluent English (C1+) – you’ll be leading conversations with international clients
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments
• Skills in product discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
• Some exposure to working with or within startups
