🔧 Your Role

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models that directly enhance core product features
• Collaborate across engineering, data, and product to align models with customer needs and product goals
• Own the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and experimentation to deployment and monitoring
• Contribute to building scalable ML infrastructure and drive the adoption of MLOps best practices
• Act as a technical lead on projects and support junior team members through mentorship and code reviews

🔍 You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ML tooling (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, Docker)
• A strong understanding of model evaluation, data validation, and production monitoring
• Bonus: Familiarity with real-time systems, recommendation engines, or NLP use cases
