About the Role

As a Data Engineer at meshX, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing scalable federated data solutions. You'll be responsible for building robust data pipelines, developing metadata management and discovery solutions, creating domain-oriented data products, and ensuring data quality and observability.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Over 5 years in distributed data systems, with a deep understanding of data mesh principles.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python (Golang is a plus), and expertise in federated data platforms, real-time data processing, distributed data governance, and data product design.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data processing tools like Kafka, Spark/Flink, and Airflow/Dagster; storage and query technologies such as PostgreSQL, MinIO, Iceberg/Delta Lake, and Trino; and experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
