EA to CEO - Fintech firm

On behalf of our client, a fast growing fin-tech firm, Swisslinx is currently seeking for an EA to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This individual will thrive in a dynamic office environment, demonstrating flexibility while maintaining confidentiality regarding high-level operations.

The successful candidate should hold the following skills:

•5-10 years of experience working as EA in international financial investment firm or management consultancy/ reputable bank/ Fintech firm or legal environment

•Must be currently based in Dubai

•Experience in working with C-level executives

• Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and

systems

• Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

• Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses

• Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems

• Legal background or experience is desirable

• Arabic language skills will be of advantage
