AVP - .Net Software Engineer/Tech Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer/Tech Lead who will be part of the Technology organization that is responsible for providing solutions for our brand new innovative product within LPL for advisors and the home office. Responsibilities include guiding the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support, designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions based on premise and on AWS in a Containerized Microservices Architecture, providing technical leadership through design, code reviews and best practices, collaborating with other teams, assessing opportunities for improvements, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and communicating with technical and non-technical groups. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, 5+ years in a Lead capacity, 10+ years hands-on experience on .NET & C#, 7+ years in design and implementation of complex systems, 5+ years with AWS serverless application architecture and end-to-end cloud development, good troubleshooting skills, and ability to innovate and work closely with stakeholders. Core competencies include hands-on experience on .NET, C# & Angular, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Preferences include Object Oriented Programming, containerization technologies, cloud experience, and financial industry experience. The role offers a pay range of $140,475-$234,125/year with a competitive total rewards package including 401K matching, health benefits, stock options, paid time off, and more.
