Agile Coach

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption across IT and business teams within a European hub for the automotive financial services sector. In this role, you’ll coach individuals and teams, support leadership in scaling Agile practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Agile principles and Lean thinking.
• Design and facilitate Agile workshops and capability-building initiatives.
• Guide departments through their Agile transformation journey, supporting alignment and consistency across business units.
• Facilitate key planning events such as PI Planning, strategic retrospectives, and OKR alignment.
• Partner with leadership to assess Agile maturity and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote data-informed decision-making through Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Provide expert advice on Agile tooling strategies, especially around Jira and Confluence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or senior Agile practitioner in complex and scaled environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SPC, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, PSM II/III, KMP).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and fostering cultural change.
• Comfortable with Agile metrics and using them to support team performance.
• Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Groovy scripting or ScriptRunner.
