This is not just another tech role - you'll be at the core of redefining how businesses leverage generative AI, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and graph-based RAG architectures to unlock value and drive change.

🔍 What You'll Do

Design and lead enterprise-grade AI architectures using Microsoft Azure tools like Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, AKS, and more.
Build next-gen solutions: cloud-native apps, LLM-powered systems, Graph-RAG frameworks, and AI agent orchestration.
Translate complex business needs into concrete, impactful AI solutions.
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Champion security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, empowering junior colleagues and evangelizing best practices across teams.

💡 What We're Looking For

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI stack, including:
Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Event Hub, Data Lake, Service Bus
Strong background in CI/CD for ML, MLOps, and production-grade model monitoring.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, or similar AI/data tools.
Proven experience in pre-sales and solution selling, with a commercial mindset and track record of delivering value.
Strategic leadership skills, team coordination, and client engagement ability.
Excellent communication skills - you're confident presenting complex AI insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset - you thrive in cross-functional, agile teams and enjoy working with people from diverse disciplines.
