Chloroplast Games is a company with 14 years of experience developing interactive experiences, one of the oldest and most experienced in Spain. We are experts in entertainment content, interactive experiences and solutions for large brands and professional sectors such as entertainment, automotive advertising, building maintenance, tourism, medical and healthcare, architecture, interior design, education and many others.

We are currently in an expansion stage, so we are looking for a Producer.

Desired requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in projects developed with Unity.
• Have a minimum between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar position in the video game or IT sector and demonstrable knowledge and skills for the position.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira.
• Ability to apply the best work methodology according to the situation.
• Great ability to adapt to project changes.
• Great capacity for abstraction to understand technical or artistic concepts in a general way.
• Great knowledge of spreadsheets tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Use of Git as version control system.
• Knowledge of Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and monitoring a production and development workflow.
• Setting task backlogs and milestones.
• Creation and maintenance of project planning documentation.
• Preparation of regular reports and presentations.
• Analysis, bottleneck anticipation, risk management and problem solving.
• Conducting team meetings.
• Managing of multiple projects and teams at once.
• Managing of clients, externals teams, service suppliers and publishers.
