Senior BI Developer with deep expertise in MicroStrategy to join our telecom analytics team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights across customer, network, and operational domains. Role requires collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations and drive data-informed decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on MicroStrategy.
• Telecom industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects.
• Optimize performance of BI solutions for large-scale telecom datasets.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability in BI deliverables.
