Project Overview

• Researching a new device and migrating an existing Android application.
• Need a developer to handle migration, unit test creation, coding, and ongoing support.
• App is built using Java and Kotlin (React Native app also exists but not required).
• Initial focus is on migrating existing test cases.
• Additional tasks may include measuring frame rate and touch performance.
• Potential need to build a Proof of Concept (POC) for performance-related testing.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Android development experience.
• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android systems and application lifecycle.
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin.
