Senior Manager – Projects Management (Terminals & Concourse)

What You'll Deliver

• You'll lead the successful execution of Terminal & Concourse and Surface Access projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, leading all aspects of scoping, designing, procuring, and delivering of construction projects from initial concept to final handover in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• You’ll act as the focal point for stakeholder engagement and the resolution of day-to-day actions, this role will ensure the highest level of collaboration and communication among all parties involved. You’ll provide guidance and support to a team of internal and external Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• You’ll oversee the creation and management of project briefs, business cases, and project plans. You will coordinate the scoping, design, procurement, and construction delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• You’ll ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to airport sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level with a specialization in Project Management, Operational Readiness and Architecture, Civil or Engineering related field.
• You’ll have 7-10 years of relevant experience with a key focus project management of new infrastructure, fit-out and refurbishment upgrades.
• You’ll have proven track record in having delivered complex infrastructure, fit-out, sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects, preferably within the airport industry.
• You’ll have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• You’ll have familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum is desirable.
• You’ll be proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Clarity, Mastt, Aconex, P6 and/or similar
