I'm currently working with a well-established and fast-growing FinTech company that is looking to appoint a Head of Compliance to lead their European operations.

This is a senior leadership role offering high autonomy and visibility, where you'll oversee all compliance activities across Europe. You’ll play a pivotal part as the business navigates new licensing and regulatory milestones, making it an ideal opportunity for someone excited by hands-on work in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all compliance functions across the European business.
• Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain regulatory policies and procedures.
• Support the business through upcoming regulatory changes and licensing initiatives.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in senior compliance roles within payments, FinTech, or crypto.
• CSSF authorisation and familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks.
• Comfortable with Conducting Officer responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end compliance processes.
• Experienced in engaging with regulators and navigating emerging frameworks such as MiCA and DORA.
