HR Specialist

Your future responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee documentation to ensure legal compliance and smooth processes.
• Manage employee records for both new and current employees, including contracts, employment changes, and terminations.
• Source and attract top talents using a variety of search methods to fill our open positions.
• Conduct screening interviews, oversee and coordinate further recruitment process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Take part in creating a positive working environment (organize events, initiatives, etc.).
• Manage other HR projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the role and the organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities.
• Attentive to details, result-oriented, positive person.
