About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present data findings through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics).
• Proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel).
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

This is a trial-to-hire opportunity. Candidates should be open to transitioning into a permanent role after the initial 3-month contract, contingent on performance.
