You Will

• Build and maintain control and alerting systems to monitor algorithm stability.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce noise and manual overhead.
• Explore data and identify weak spots or edge-cases in current algorithms.
• Propose new hypotheses based on your observations and research.
• Gradually take ownership of parts of the matching system infrastructure.
  
  

From You

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau or similar).
• Understanding of basic statistics.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Readiness to work with repetitive tasks and gradually automate them.
  
  

Will Be An Advantage

• Experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing or experimentation logic.
