Pricing Manager

We are seeking a motivated, open-minded Pricing Manager eager to join our dynamic, evolving global team, committed to learning, development, and driving the success of our company’s transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze healthcare policies.
• Develop global pricing policies and strategies for both new and existing products.
• Manage price registration processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurers.
• Collect and analyze data to support the economic value of products and optimize margins.

Your Profile:

• Higher education in business administration, marketing, life sciences (pharmaceutical sciences or other health-related studies), or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market access, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pricing policies and international pricing mechanisms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and MS Office tools.
• Business proficiency in Latvian and English, with an additional language preferred.
