At SIX Global Business Solutions, located in the heart of Warsaw and proudly recognized as one of Poland’s "Best Workplaces" for six consecutive years, we are looking for a skilled and motivated C/C++ Software Engineer to join our international Scrum team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain systems that process financial data from over 2,000 real-time feeds.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong C programming skills and an interest in financial markets and instruments.

What You Will Do

• design, develop, and implement real-time market and reference data feeds in a collaborative Scrum environment
• write efficient, reliable, and maintainable C code for high-performance applications
• analyze vendor-specific financial data and maintain technical feed specifications
• perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• document software architecture, codebase, and operational procedures to support long-term maintenance

What You Bring

• solid experience in C programming (C++ knowledge is a plus)
• proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, and Git/GitLab; experience with Python or Perl is a plus
• familiarity with CI/CD tools and monitoring systems such as Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, Splunk, Grafana, or the Elastic Stack
• strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a passion for continuous improvement
• excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
