Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle of medical device projects, from concept through to commercialisation, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams and external partners
• Translate strategic business needs into project plans, aligning cross-functional efforts with regulatory, quality, and technical standards
• Lead collaborative, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on innovation, accountability, and delivering high-quality outcomes under regulated conditions
• Proactively manage timelines, resources, and budgets, while identifying risks early and executing effective mitigation strategies
• Champion transparent, high-impact communication across stakeholders, fostering alignment and maintaining momentum throughout project phases
• Ensure rigorous adherence to industry regulations by overseeing compliance activities, including change control and CAPA implementation

You will be:

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
• Highly experienced in leading global projects in Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry
• Skilled in managing projects that follow strict quality and safety standards including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
• Familiar with medical device rules and requirements, including MDR and documentation for the full product lifecycle
• Proven ability to inspire and unite diverse teams, driving collaboration and high performance across all levels of the organization
• Skilled at clear communication and thoughtful decision-making, especially when managing complex challenges in fast-paced, multicultural environments
• Fluency in English
