Key Responsibilities 

• Product Vision & Strategy: Co-develop a clear product roadmap aligned with our mission, prioritizing based on customer needs and data. 
• Product Development: Oversee lifecycle from ideation to launch; optimise platform functionality to meet client needs. 
• Leadership & Team Culture: Lead a collaborative, diverse team; foster growth and inclusivity. 
• Customer Insights & Market Fit: Conduct market research; collaborate with customer success and sales to align products with market needs. 
• Data & Performance: Track KPIs, analyze product performance, and leverage insights for continuous improvement. 
• Innovation & Trends: Stay informed on tech and market trends; champion innovations that add value and drive growth. 

Skills and experience  

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in edtech or sustainability sectors. 
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering diverse, high-performing teams. 
• Excellent communicator with cross-department collaboration experience. 
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. 
• Passion for sustainability, education, and technology.
