Carbo Culture is a carbon removal technology developer on a mission to help mitigate climate change by permanently removing CO₂. We're headquartered in Helsinki with a subsidiary and ops in Norway, the UK and the US. This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering team working on the world's first large-scale biochar production plants, where you'll be involved from early-stage engineering all the way through operations.

  • Familiarity with design processes such as HAZOP, functional specification development, or interface management
  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with external contractors and internal specialists
