Job: DevOps Engineer – Quant Analytics Support

Location: Krakow, Poland - Hybrid/Flexible Working

*please note this is not a full-remote role and candidate must be willing to work from Poland for the entirety of the working week*

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing Quantitative analytics team, providing hands-on technical support across analytics tools and infrastructure. This is a cross-platform, infrastructure-focused role with no involvement in CI/CD or access control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support a C++ analytical library across Ubuntu, RedHat, and Windows platforms
• Provide non-production Jenkins support for analytics tooling
• Optimise and improve Apache Beam pipelines (Python & Java) and Docker images
• Assist in cloud cost optimisation and code profiling to improve performance

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with automation, Docker, CMake, Jenkins, Python, and any Cloud platform
• Strong debugging skills across multi-OS environments
• Familiarity with numerical libraries, distributed computing, and awareness of technical limitations in high-performance environments
