We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our HR team as an HR Generalist. Under the guidance of the HR team, you will actively support the recruitment process in the first step, contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers and after collaborate with the HR team to guarantee the best employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
- Support candidate communication and feedback management
- Contribute to HR projects related to employer branding, onboarding, and HR data analysis
- Supported in the training path
- Work on the new engagement process for internal and external
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
- Proactive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
