Salary: €120,000 - €140,000 plus Bonus, Pension, Health & Equity

With clear ambitions for a future sale or IPO, this business is entering an exciting strategic phase and seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in that journey.

Role and Reporting Lines

This role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the Director of FP&A and other C-suite leaders to guide strategic and financial decisions.

• Strategic Planning – Partnering with leadership on exit-readiness, value maximisation, and commercial strategy
• Financial Oversight – Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Board Engagement – Preparation and presentation of financial performance to investors and board
• Equity Planning – Oversight of equity schemes and incentive planning alongside external advisors
• Commercial Decision Support – Providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Cash Flow Management – Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and investment planning
• Team Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Systems & Processes – Drive finance transformation, automation, and reporting excellence
