Lead Fullstack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack software

solutions.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical

guidance, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

and improvement.

  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and

code reviews.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
  • Committed to handling issues as they arise and ensuring the development

team is meeting their sprint goals

  • Participating in code reviews and helping to improve development team

processes

Requirements

  • 5 to 6 years experience including some time mentoring and guiding junior

team members

  • Proven experience in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript,

React, Node.js, Python, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client

interaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while contributing to the

delivery of

complex software projects.

  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub actions

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in regulated industries, especially healthcare (e.g.,

HIPAA, FDA, ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 compliance).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks
  • Knowledge of generative AI concepts such as RAG, Multi-Agent Systems,
