Frontend Developer

Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Dublin or Kraków)

Contract: 6 months, Outside IR35

Client: Global IT Solutions Consultancy

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep Angular experience to help build a scalable, modern web platform for a global technology consultancy.

You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and responsive user interfaces. This is a key role in a cross-functional agile team, focused on reusable component design, state management, and frontend quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript

• Build reusable, modular components and libraries

• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver smooth UX

• Write unit tests with Jest, Jasmine, or Karma

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code standards

• Track progress and issues via Jira

• Monitor, debug, and optimise frontend performance

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience

• 3+ years building Angular applications (Angular 10+)

• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 skills

• Hands-on with NgRx, Redux, or NgXS for state management

• Experience with REST API integration

• Skilled in GitHub workflows and version control

• Passion for clean code and scalable UI architecture

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD and deploying frontend apps

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards

• Knowledge of frontend architecture best practices

• Agile/Scrum team experience

• Exposure to end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Playwright)
