What To Expect

As a Junior Data Scientist, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team working on real client projects from the start. After onboarding, you'll dive into one or more use cases where data is central to marketing and business strategy.

You’ll Get The Opportunity To

• Master at least one programming language (e.g. Python or R) and one data visualization tool.
• Work in hybrid teams alongside data engineers, marketers, and analysts.
• Be mentored by a dedicated Career Advisor who will guide your growth.

Over time, you can grow into roles such as data scientist (in classical or generative AI), data engineer, project manager or even marketing strategist—depending on your interest and strengths.

Your Mission

You get excited by receiving a messy dataset with millions of records—and even more by the insights you can extract from it. You love testing hypotheses, spotting patterns, and building predictive models that make marketing smarter.

Your Tasks May Include

• Analyzing behavioral data to segment audiences and support targeted campaigns.
• Building and refining machine learning models to improve predictions.
• Designing experiments and supporting A/B testing setups with marketers.
• Translating complex data into clear insights and visual reports.
