Location: Brussels/Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid – at least 2 days onsite)

Languages Required:

• Dutch or French (Good comprehension)
• English (Fluent – spoken and written)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solution Analyst with expertise in non-life insurance domains to support business and technical solution analysis. The role will involve bridging functional and technical needs across claims, policy, and legacy mainframe systems, working closely with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements
• Work closely with teams to translate needs into solution specifications
• Ensure product alignment with non-life insurance products and claims systems
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams for timely delivery
• Create solution flows using Enterprise Architect
• Handle documentation, JIRA ticketing, and cross-functional collaboration

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years in non-life/claims domain
• Mainframe and CICS knowledge
• Hands-on with Enterprise Architect and JIRA
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven experience working in SCRUM/agile teams
• Proactive, accurate, stress-resistant and assertive
• Transversal insurance knowledge is a plus
