About Design at Rebel Foods

Design at Rebel Foods has a 360-degree presence to build the most customer-centric products that also translate into real business value. We have managed to keep all parts of the business dexterous and optimized and doing things “first in the world” to achieve a unique, delightful and memorable experience every time. The design team consists of a heterogeneous mix of creative people who have earlier worked in organizations such as Deloitte, Amazon and Google.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer with mature design craftsmanship and advanced problem-solving skills to help us build cutting-edge SaaS platforms and B2C products. This role requires a deep understanding of how to create intuitive and simple user interfaces across both web and mobile applications.

Who is our ideal candidate ?

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex integrated systems.
• Develop journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes that align with business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the broader ecosystem, business objectives, and user behaviour.
• Use data-driven insights and research findings to inform design decisions.
• Ensure the overall functionality of the product is designed for optimal user experience, making iterations based on user testing and feedback.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or other prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to create design solutions that scale across diverse platforms.

Preferred qualifications & experience:

• B.Des or M.Des from a reputed design school
• 2+ years of industry experience
