🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve CodeRound’s cloud infrastructure (AWS + Terraform).
  • Design and maintain scalable systems for our backend and LLM APIs
  • Improve observability across services — logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Set up robust CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and minimize downtime.
  • Handle incidents, debugging, postmortems, and long-term stability planning.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to design for reliability, not just recovery.

✅ You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

  • Have 2+ years of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Are strong with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, VPCs).
  • Write clean infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
  • Know how to design for uptime, scaling, caching, and cost-efficiency.
  • Can debug performance and reliability issues across backend + data layers (Rails, Python, Postgres).
  • Communicate clearly — whether writing incident reports or reviewing infra PRs.

⚡ Bonus If You

  • Have experience supporting AI/LLM-heavy workloads in production.
  • Have scaled infra for developer tools.
  • Are familiar with rate-limiting, job queues, and traffic throttling strategies.
  • Have worked in a high-velocity startup or founder-led team before.
