Job Summary (Web Application (.NET) Developer) W2 role- Onsite interview

  • Position: Web Application (.NET) Developer
  • Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Thu, Remote Fri; must be local)
  • Engagement: 6 months, possible extension
  • Compensation: W2 role
  • Interview Process: Two rounds (Phone interview with manager, Onsite interview with team)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom, database-driven web applications
  • Analyze business requirements and propose effective technical solutions
  • Implement web solutions using C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Web API, and REST
  • Work with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
  • Manage deployments and configurations in Microsoft IIS
  • Communicate effectively in team and stakeholder meetings

Required Skills And Experience

  • 4+ years of custom web development experience
  • Strong object-oriented design skills for database-driven websites
  • Experience in web programming using C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Web API, REST
  • Understanding of Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft IIS
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Strongly Preferred

  • Familiarity with project management and change management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience in fundraising, non-profit, or higher education environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience migrating applications to the cloud

Nice To Have

  • Experience with MuleSoft
  • Experience using enterprise reporting tools (Cognos)
  • Experience with Telerik Kendo UI, React, and/or Angular
