Responsibilities
- To manage and support the businesses core systems.
- Server and application maintenance, installation, and support.
- Maintenance and management of VMWare vSphere environments.
- Maintenance and Management of Storage Systems and Networks
- Maintenance and Management of Backup Systems
- Maintenance and Management of on-prem Exchange Server on a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of Enterprise Vault is a plus.
- Active Directory administration
- Group policy management and maintenance.
- Monitoring systems administration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Operating and maintenance of DHCP, DNS, WSUS and WDS
- Ensure all operations and systems are up-to-date and secure.
- 3rd line fault resolution for issues affecting critical company operations / user experience and system performance.
- Advance systems and services when necessary.
- Improve disaster recovery operations.
- Supplier relationship management working with 3rd party support and suppliers.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of network architecture, hardware, software, and security protocols.
- Experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT infrastructure and security.
- Finance industry experience is a considerable asset.
- Good command of English language is mandatory.
