DevOps Engineer

My Brussels based client are looking for a DevOps Engineer on a long-term freelance/contract basis.

Rate: €500 per day

Hybrid: 50% onsite in Brussels (must be based in Belgium)

Length: 6 months, rolling contracts

Language: English Fluent (French and Dutch are nice to haves)

Must-have skills in order of preference:

1. Linux/Unix
2. Windows (excel VBA)
3. Java
4. Control-M scheduler

Day-to-day:

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, integration, test, and support of the qualitative payment products, solutions, services, and to the migration to new versions of the packages.
• Assist the Product Owner to adjust the business requirements into functional and technical requirements via Features and User Stories.
• Guarantee the implementation of the packages, maintenance, and future improvements.
• In interaction with other IT teams, you will put in place the links to other systems used as input/output of systems and APIs.
• You will ensure the 3rd line support to end-users.
• You will document the solutions.
